I had created a to do list in September of 2021 and a new shower door was on my list. I put in a request on the thumbtack app but no response. I did a google search and found American Shower Glass. I read all the other reviews and I was sold. They scheduled a consultation within the same week and was very thorough on when I should expect my new shower glass door to arrive and to be installed. My shower door looks beyond beautiful and I’m grateful that I no longer have to lift my old shower door up to get in and out of the shower. Everyone involved was excellent and if I ever need them in the future, I will definitely reach out to them and refer them to all my family and friends. After shopping around, we decided to do business with American Shower Glass for an iron glass shower enclosure. A visit to their showroom helped us decide. They didn’t take too long for delivering and installing it. However, Installers weren’t careful and scratched my tub (I noticed vanity too much I didn’t report this since I hadn’t inspected it). The manager, Drew, quickly stepped in and agreed on fixing it. In addition, they had installed a different door handle and he changed it. Furthermore, we didn’t want any green or blue in our all white bathroom, the reason for choosing iron glass. Drew ordered and installed a piece to cover the blue on edge of door. That piece minimized the blue. It looks very pretty now.We’re very pleased with our purchase. American Shower Glass offers excellent customer service. Drew is very friendly and understanding. He’d do the best to make sure you’re happy. I’d definitively recommend this company for a shower door. Thank you, Drew for your awesome service.
